Gardeningharborv was founded in Fortaleza in 2015 with one guiding principle: real estate should be a guided experience, not a solo expedition.
Who We Are and What We Do
Gardeningharborv is a boutique real estate agency based on Av. Beira Mar in Fortaleza, Ceará. Founded in 2015 by a team of property professionals who had spent years working inside large Brazilian brokerages and found them too transactional, too fragmented, and too indifferent to the individual client's situation. We set out to build something different: a small, senior-led agency where every client has a named advisor from first enquiry to final handover. Our work covers four core areas — property sales, rental management, market valuation, and investment consulting — and we handle all four in-house, without outsourcing the client relationship to junior staff or call centres. The team currently numbers eleven full-time professionals, including four licensed brokers (CRECI-CE), a market analyst, two property managers, and three client relations advisors. Between them, the sales team has closed more than 420 residential and commercial transactions across Fortaleza since the agency opened, with a particular concentration of expertise in the Meireles, Aldeota, Cocó, and Papicu districts.
How We Work and Who We Serve
Our clients include Fortaleza residents buying or selling a family home, Brazilians returning from abroad who need a trusted local intermediary, foreign nationals investing in the northeastern coastal market, and mid-sized investors managing between two and fifteen properties in the city. We are best positioned to help clients who value a deliberate, well-documented process over a fast-and-loose one. If you need a deal closed in 48 hours with minimal due diligence, we are probably not the right fit — and we will tell you that honestly in the first call. What we offer instead is thorough preparation, transparent communication at every stage, and an advisor who picks up the phone. Our working language is English and Portuguese, and all formal documentation is prepared in Portuguese as required under Brazilian law. We do not operate outside Ceará state; our market knowledge is specific to Fortaleza and we do not make claims about markets we do not cover. The emerald-fresh coastline and the city's evolving urban fabric are what we know, and that focus is intentional.
